Members of NIMA-PIMA Sub-Committee of the Civil Practice Committee for 2011
Council agreed that a letter from the chairman of the NIMA-PIMA sub-committee be sent to NIMA-PIMA practitioners to request for volunteers for the sub-committee for 2011. Council further agreed that a notice on the same be put up in the Subordinate Courts Bar room and the Primary Dispute Resolution Centre.
Pro Bono Guide for Practices
Council approved the proposal by the Pro Bono Services Offices to produce an online Pro Bono Guide to help law practices develop and maintain a structured pro bono programme to support their lawyers who are engaged in pro bono work or who are considering taking up pro bono work.
